Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment, provided they are:
- In original condition
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Chainsaws & Pole Saws (unless defective)
- Chisels & Pry Bars (unless defective)
- Cutting & Crimping Tools (unless defective)
- Opened Clothing items (for hygiene reasons)
- Any product that shows signs of use or wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our support team within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item to our Detroit facility at your expense (unless item is defective)
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
