Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment, provided they are:

  • In original condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Chainsaws & Pole Saws (unless defective)
  • Chisels & Pry Bars (unless defective)
  • Cutting & Crimping Tools (unless defective)
  • Opened Clothing items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any product that shows signs of use or wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship the item to our Detroit facility at your expense (unless item is defective)
  5. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
