Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility:
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original condition: unused and uninstalled.
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:
For the safety of our community of professionals and DIYers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

- Opened Clothing items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Get Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship it to our facility at your expense (unless the item is defective or incorrect). Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
